  • Check papers - supporting documents submitted by the seller to the Notary.
  • Legal advice on real estate tax and exemption from real estate transfer tax for the purchase of a first residence.
  • Second legal check at the relevant Mortgage Office-Cadastral Office on the day of signing the final contract, in order to confirm that the image of the property remains the same.
  • Representation of a lawyer on the day of signing the contract and control of the final purchase contract.
  • Legal support at all stages of the purchase.
